Staff Inc.’s mission is to create memorable theatre experiences where a welcoming environment is built upon the combination of excellent customer service and patron safety.

 

CREATING MEMORABLE EXPERIENCES

SI was founded by Edward Contreras who has been working at The Paramount Theatre for almost 30 years.  SI hires and trains ushers and event staff for all performances taking place at STG’s historic theatres, The Paramount, The Moore and The Neptune Theatres and Remlinger Farms.  Performances include Concerts, Broadway Productions, Dance, Community Events, Comedy, Fine Arts and much more. 

 

With our longevity, we’ve learned that staffing is not about numbers, but about relationships. That’s why we put an emphasis on maintaining high service standards and hiring people who are passionate about service.  While all events are different, our company philosophy remains the same. We stay focused on providing a friendly and safe environment for our patrons. We do this by finding enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing employees. We understand that your experience starts well before the curtain rises.  From the first interaction with staff as patrons walk into the theatre, until the last interaction as they exit our doors, our goal is to make the patron experience positively memorable from start to finish with an engaged and proactive approach.
